Claims need to be registered manually with ReNova to process and adjust them along with renewal process The accounting of claims is automated But registering of claims is manual.
Also, proposals for facultative underwriting and racking have to be entered manually. However, while processing the cessions the system automatically identifies whether facultative case has been realized to business or not.
All the ledger accounts and reports are fully automated for new business, renewal business and claims.
Maintenance files for renewal business are required to process the cessions for alterations, cancellations,
